Night Care

Research on sleep highlights how essential a good night's rest is not only for daily functioning but also for overall physical and mental well-being. Disrupted sleep can significantly increase care needs for vulnerable individuals during the day. Poor sleep may affect a person's ability to perform daily activities, lead to unsteady balance, and impair judgment. In some cases, it can even result in greater isolation, as individuals may spend their daytime hours trying to catch up on sleep, which limits their ability to socialise with family and friends or engage fully in life.

Given this, providing care and support during the night is just as important as daytime assistance.
